Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a nice view of downtown Waikiki and the mountains, and the rooftop pool offers a great spot to unwind with evening hors d'oeuvres. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, but the setup was a bit odd with three double beds pushed against one wall, which we jokingly called the Moe, Larry, and Curly room. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but I was surprised to find an extra charge on my bill that wasn’t detailed in my checkout invoice.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying the beautiful view from my newly renovated room and the friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The location was great, allowing easy access to various activities in the area. However, the lack of a microwave made things a bit challenging, especially with small kids, and the dining options were pricey for what they offered.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with its perfect beachfront location in Honolulu. The rooms were simply excellent, spacious, and had two balconies that offered amazing views. The staff was generally friendly and professional, although some of them seemed more focused on selling timeshares. The dining options were quite pricey, and the breakfast could be better. Overall, it was a great experience, but I was a bit disappointed by the high dining costs and some service hiccups.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, and the rooms in the Diamond Head tower were spacious and clean. However, I found the service to be a bit lacking, especially when compared to previous visits. Dining options were also not as vibrant as I had hoped. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but felt that there were areas that could use improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic with great access to the beach and a quieter vibe, perfect for families. However, the rooms felt quite dated and in need of a refresh. The service was friendly, but there were times when it felt a little lacking. Dining options were limited and not very satisfying, which was a downside, especially considering the price.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the plus side, it was located close to the beach and the staff was very friendly. However, the room I had was a bit peculiar and not ideally laid out, which was concerning. Also, the dining options left a lot to be desired. Overall, I appreciated the proximity to activities, but the room could use some improvements.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with plenty of stores and access to a beautiful beach. The rooms were clean and bright, but our check-in was a bit chaotic, and it was frustrating that they weren't ready when we arrived. The service was friendly and attentive, but the coffee options were limited. Overall, it has great potential but could use some improvements in organization and dining options.
My stay had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right on the beachfront, which made for easy access to the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout my stay. On the downside, my room wasn't ready until late, which was a major inconvenience after traveling. Plus, the room itself was dated and not what I had reserved, which was disappointing.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the warm and welcoming service and the spacious rooms with great views. The location was lovely and right on the beach, but navigating around could be a bit tricky. While the dining options were decent, they missed the mark on flavor, so that was a slight letdown. Overall, it’s a comfortable spot, but improvements in dining and room cleanliness could make it even better.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, it's located right next to the ocean, which is a huge plus. The rooms are spacious, but unfortunately, they faced the Hale Koa Hotel, and I found the noise from delivery vehicles and music a bit bothersome. The dining options were quite pricey for what they offered, especially the breakfast. Overall, it's a nice place, but I think the noise and high dining costs could be improved.
